Before entering real estate, Kit served proudly in the United States Navy, stationed in San Diego aboard the USS Dixon. Following his military service, he returned to West Texas to build a successful career in Environmental Land Management. During this time, he worked directly with agencies such as the EPA, RRC, TCEQ, BLM, and OCD—acting as a liaison between landowners, oil and gas companies, and regulatory authorities. His extensive knowledge of environmental compliance and land use has proven invaluable to his clients in the energy and land development sectors.
Over the years, Kit has represented a long list of respected industry leaders, including Endeavor Energy Resources, Pioneer Natural Resources, Linn Energy, Henry Petroleum, Texaco, Chevron, Concho Resources, Legacy Reserves, Saga Petroleum, and American Energy Partners. Kit works alongside his wife and business partner, Heather Prichard, Broker and Founder of The Prichard Group.
